Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hrs prior to the beginning of your appointment.
Any cancellations made within 24hrs of start of appointment time will be subject to cancellation fee of 50% of total services.
No-shows will be charged full price of total services.
Cancellation and no-show fees help us ensure we can continue to provide the best service possible. When you miss an appointment without notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot with another client that may be waiting for a spot to open up.
This lost time and potential income impacts our ability to keep offering appointments and maintain our high standards.
The fee helps us recoup some of that cost.
